The Gilded Finch is a small independent brand offering handcrafted jewellery and carefully curated pieces. Each item is made or selected with attention to detail, quality, and timeless design. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur — making every piece unique.

💍 Handmade & Natural Materials

Many of our jewellery pieces are made using natural gemstones and handcrafted elements.
Please note:

  • Natural stones may vary slightly in colour, pattern, or texture

  • These variations are not defects but a feature of natural materials

  • Product photos aim to represent items as accurately as possible

  • Orders are dispatched from the UK

  • Processing time: 1–3 working days

  • Shipping times may vary depending on location

  • You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped

The Gilded Finch is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

                                  🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in accordance with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be included

Please note:

  • Custom or personalised items are non-refundable

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty

To request a return, please contact us before sending the item back.

To keep your jewellery looking its best:

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals

  • Remove jewellery before sleeping or exercising

  • Store in a dry place, preferably in the original box

Improper care may shorten the lifespan of the jewellery.

                               ❗ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
